Boxi provides FREE delivery to our customers. Delivery will go smoothly when proper arrangements are made in advance. Free delivery and setup includes one trip to the specified delivery location located within 50 odometer miles from the nearest Boxi Sales Center.
Set-up includes leveling the Boxi container with treated wood blocks provided by the delivery driver; or suitable 4” flat solid concrete blocks available at the site and provided by the Customer. RENT TO OWN was established as an alternative to renting a mini-storage space or office space. Our rent-to-own plans allow you to get your own studio or office right in your backyard for a low down payment and monthly rental payment. The monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates or office space per square foot and the best part is you own the unit when you complete the rental term! You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor are you required to keep your unit if you decide you no longer need it.

How much room do I need on my property?
Setting your Boxi container at your property in the perfect position is very important.
There are a few things to consider:
- You need to have at least a 12 foot wide access point to your backyard
- In most places you will need to stay 7-15 feet off your property line (We can help you check local laws)
- If you don't have a 12' wide access we will need to use a crane to lift it over the house
We will take a look at your property and give you the advice on your best option as part of the ordering process.
